Mental Health Awareness
This programme on Mental / Emotional Health Awareness is adapted to students at Year 8, Year 10 and Senior Students in Lower and Upper Sixth Form. The aims include:
Students are resourced in devising a personal action-plan to strengthen positive mental resilience accompanied by a robust social support system.
- To have a better understanding of what mental health is
- To have a better idea on how to recognise the signs of when somebody is not well and most importantly
- How to manage mental and emotional health issues more effectively.
